Alasdair Paterson is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in IT service management and technical consulting. Currently serving as an ITSM Tooling Administrator at Motability Operations Ltd since April 2022, Alasdair previously provided support as an IT Service Centre Analyst within the same company, assisting 1500 users across multiple UK sites. Alasdair’s extensive experience includes over a decade at Itron as a Technical Consultant, delivering 2nd line support for Meter Data Management software in the Asia/Pacific region, and achieving significant successes such as leading major upgrade projects and earning the Itron Star award. Earlier roles include ownership of Recycles, a bicycle restoration business, and a Systems Support Analyst position at Centrica IT Ltd, where Alasdair was responsible for supporting over 2000 users. Alasdair holds an ONC in Building Technology and Civil Engineering from Telford College.
