JP Halama has worked in the environmental compliance field since 1997. Joseph P. (JP) began their career at Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Technical Project Consultant. In 2007, they joined Mostardi Platt and held the roles of Manager, Environmental Compliance, Senior Consultant, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager.

Joseph P. Halama received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
