Christoffer Miller is an experienced IT Support Specialist and Consultant at Moser Consulting since October 2021, with a solid background in client support and relationship management acquired during a nine-year tenure at Healthx. In this role, Christoffer was responsible for second-tier support, troubleshooting complex issues, and liaising among various teams using agile and waterfall methodologies. Previous experience includes positions at Apex Benefits Group and Capstone Benefits Group, focusing on employee benefits consultation, as well as a long-term role at Principal Financial Group, where responsibilities included client management and performance analytics.
