Kamal Chandra has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a packaging executive and working in HR, employee engagement initiatives, and MIS at Greater Noida since December 2007. Prior to this role, Kamal held the position of Officer at Moser Baer India Ltd and worked as a Technician at Gujarat Guardian, a multinational glass company, from May 1995 to October 2004. Kamal Chandra's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Human Rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights in New Delhi (2013-2015) and a PG in Human Resources Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development (2009-2014), along with a degree in Machinist from the National Council of Trade Apprentice (1987-1990).
