Carolyn Ocean is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at MOSCOT NYC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various HR positions at Salvatore Ferragamo from 2001 to January 2020, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for US and Canadian operations with a large retail presence. Earlier experiences include roles at TBWA Chiat Day as a Human Resources Associate starting in 1999, providing support across the talent life cycle. Carolyn Ocean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Virginia Tech.
