Kasi Nath has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as VP Finance at MosChip Semiconductor Technology Limited since August 2008, where responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, investments, consolidations, and compliance with IT and GST regulations. Prior roles include Group CFO at Alliance Global Services from July 2007 to August 2008, and Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts, focusing on the preparation and finalization of standalone accounts under Indian GAAP and handling tax matters. Previously, Kasi Nath worked as a Senior Executive with Ramu & Ravi Chartered Accountants, overseeing the preparation and finalization of accounts and compliance with tax regulations, and as a Consultant for Financial Services at Sesha Prasad & Co. Chartered Accountants, specializing in account management and tax consultancy. Kasi Nath holds a B.Com degree in Commerce from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, earned between 1992 and 1995.
