Jason Pohlman is a Senior Infrastructure Administrator with experience in resolving escalated help desk tickets, conducting root cause analysis, troubleshooting network performance, and designing and implementing various technical solutions. Jason has a strong background in IT support, network engineering, and customer service, working for companies such as Mosaic, Certified NETS Inc., GFI Digital Inc., ThrottleNet, Inc., and Affordable Computer Repair & Service. Jason holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
