Chelsea Scott started their work experience in 2015 at Paycom, where they served as a Senior Garnishment Specialist until 2017. In 2016, they also worked at Oklahoma City Thunder as a Storm Chaser for a year. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Recruiter at Catapult Solutions Group. Since 2018, they have been with Mosaic Personnel, initially as a Recruiter and then moving up to Senior Recruiter and currently as a Recruiting Director.
Chelsea Scott, CDR holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. Chelsea has also obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in 2021.
