Shu is responsible for accounting functions and managing auditor relationships at Mosaic. Previously, she worked at TransRe as a senior reinsurance accountant, focusing on ceded reinsurance accounting, maintaining reinsurance schedules and statements, assisting auditor relationships, and driving systems automation. She also worked as a senior accountant at SiriusPoint, where she was responsible for the accounting function of treaty accounts, and as a senior analyst at JLT Re. Shu is a Certified Public Accountant and holds CPCU and ARe qualifications.
