Dobrina is responsible for US GAAP and statutory financial statements at Mosaic, along with monthly close processes, internal controls over financial reporting, and leading the controllership team. Previously, Dobrina established the accounting, tax, and internal control teams at Buckle Corp, a top provider of rideshare insurance products. She also led M&A integrations, new accounting standards implementations, financial close reporting, transformation projects and audits over the span of her career at Marsh & McLennan, AIG, and Deloitte.
