Laura Borges currently holds the position of Diretora de Supply Chain Execution América do Sul at The Mosaic Company - Brasil since October 2024. Prior to this, Laura accumulated extensive experience at Gerdau from January 2013 to October 2024, serving in various roles including Gerente geral de S&OP e S&OE, where responsibilities encompassed sales and operational planning for long and flat steel in Brazil. Additional roles at Gerdau included Procurement Logistics Manager, International Logistics Coordinator, and Senior Logistics Specialist, focusing on contract management for logistics and export operations. Laura's earlier experience as a Logistics Specialist at Gerdau Acominas SA included planning and freight management for diverse material types. Laura holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and furthered education in Business Management at Ibmec, along with executive learning at INSEAD and Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
