Chun-Liang Chew serves as the Deputy Chief of the Silver Generation Division at the Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore since March 2023. Previously, Chun-Liang held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lion City Sailors FC from December 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing sports science infrastructure, establishing youth development pathways, and forming notable partnerships with European football clubs. Prior roles at the Agency for Integrated Care involved overseeing the merger of the Silver Generation Office, leading outreach operations, and managing crisis responses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Chun-Liang's military background includes significant leadership positions in the Republic of Singapore Navy, including Commanding Officer roles on naval vessels and responsibilities in the Navy's training and communications sectors. Chun-Liang holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London and has completed advanced military education at U.S. Naval War College and other institutions.
