Sharon Milosovic, Ed.D, currently serves as Manager of Consulting Services at Mosaic since August 2017, focusing on performance feedback and coaching for growth and development. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Salt River Project Power and Water, where Sharon excelled as Project Manager and received Employee of the Quarter in December 2018, as well as creating simulation training using Articulate Storyline 3. Other notable positions include Contract Instructional Designer at Xtreme Consulting Group, Instructional Design Manager at LLDA Education Corporation, and Dean of Student Services at Aventis College, where Sharon designed curricula and managed academic programs. Educational credentials include an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, along with a Master's in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor's in English from DePaul University.
