Kara Floyd is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources functions and driving organizational initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Morton Salt since June 2017, Kara has held roles ranging from Senior HR Manager to HR/Benefits Manager, supporting strategic objectives across multiple locations and assisting with HR initiatives for acquisitions. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Triple I from September 2005 to May 2017, where Kara evaluated and enhanced HR policies and ensured compliance with relevant regulations.
