Cassandra Zube is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at Morton Salt since June 2024. Previously, Cassandra held the position of Learning and Development Director at JE Dunn Construction from August 2022 to May 2024. Prior to that, Cassandra spent eight years at DH Pace Company, Inc., advancing through roles from Training Coordinator to Vice President, Director of Training & Development. Cassandra's early career includes serving as the Director of Youth Outreach at Benedictine College from March 2012 to May 2014. An alumnus of Benedictine College, Cassandra earned an M.B.A., and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Spanish, along with a minor in Business Administration. Cassandra completed secondary education at Lourdes Central Catholic High School.
