Lindsey Cartwright is a seasoned employment law expert with over 20 years of experience. Currently, Lindsey serves as a Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, a position held since January 2010, providing comprehensive employment law advice to a diverse clientele, including SMEs, PLCs, and public sector entities. Prior to this role, Lindsey owned a legal practice at Maclay Murray & Spens from March 2001 to December 2009 and was a Partner at Mackay Simon from 1997 to 2001. Lindsey holds an LLB(Hons) in Law from the University of Glasgow and has completed a MOL - CIPD course.
