Shawn's career also encompasses roles at Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities included Assistant Wealth Management Advisor, Associate Financial Representative, and Relationship Manager. Additionally, Shawn worked as a RecSports Softball Umpire and Clinician at the University of Florida, focusing on conflict management and leadership development. Early career experience includes a team member role at Smoothie King. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with minors in Mass Communication and Event Management from the University of Florida and completed a study abroad program in Czech Language and History at Anglo-American University in Prague in 2019.
