Falen Taylor, MA, currently serves as the Director of Public Affairs at the Mortgage Bankers Association, having progressed through roles including Senior Public Affairs Specialist and Public Affairs Specialist since July 2019. In this capacity, Falen Taylor is responsible for creating and executing weekly newsletters for over 13,000 members and managing the association's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion media relations efforts. Prior to this role, Falen Taylor was a Communications Coordinator at the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions from March 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included developing internal communication channels and creating toolkits for external partnership leverage. Falen Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Maryland.
