Dylan (DJ) Sutera is an accomplished Mortgage Loan Officer at Mortgage America, Inc. since October 2020, recognized as a Philly Magazine Top Mortgage Producer and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency Top Producer in 2023. Dylan is licensed in multiple states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida, and holds an NMLS certification. Previous experience includes roles as an Artist Manager at Argonaut & Wasp LLC, where significant growth in music streaming and social media presence was achieved, and positions in marketing and account management at Octo Design Group and Communion Music Group. Dylan also has a background in booking and administration with WME, channel development at Direct Energy Business, and fundraising training at Lion Line Telefund. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business & Finance from Penn State University.
