Sarah MacGibbon currently serves as the Manager of Marketing & Media at MORS since January 2024 and as Support Faculty at Thayer Leadership since January 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Yale School of Management, where responsibilities included managing marketing efforts for executive education programs and overseeing direct email campaigns. A notable coaching career includes serving as Head Cross Country Coach at Christopher Newport University, achieving significant national rankings, and coaching teams to success at Williams College and Franklin Pierce University. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration in Sports and Recreation Management from Franklin Pierce University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Bridgewater State University.
