Philip Johnson has over 20 years of experience in operations and production management within the food and packaging industries. Currently serving as Production Manager at Morrisons since October 2024, Philip previously held the position of Operations Manager at Meadow Foods Limited from February 2022 to October 2024, and at Over The Spoon from July 2020 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Philip gained extensive experience at Valeo Confectionery Ltd, where responsibilities included Group Manager, Factory Manager, Operations Manager, and Shift Manager from February 2005 to July 2020. Philip began the career at LINPAC Packaging as a Team Leader and worked at Richmond Frozen Confectionery as a Line Leader. Philip Johnson's foundational education was completed at Outwood Grange Comprehensive between 1977 and 1982.
