Katherine Walker, MS, RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition care in various settings. Currently employed at Morrison Living since July 2022, Katherine provides nutritional care for residents at a rehabilitation and long-term care center, assessing nutritional statuses and creating individualized care plans. Previously, as the Food and Nutrition Manager at the Center for Family Resources, Katherine managed child nutrition programs, developed culturally diverse menus, and provided nutrition education to families. Katherine also completed a dietetic internship, gaining clinical experience at Morristown Medical Center and Saint Clare’s Dover Hospital, along with community nutrition work at ShopRite of Warwick. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Saint Elizabeth University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta.
