Adam C. Smith, CEC, CCA, WCEC, currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the American Culinary Federation since January 2023 and is a member of the Advisory Board at Wake Technical Community College. As of May 2021, Adam holds the position of Executive Chef at North Carolina Central University. Previous roles include Food Service Director at Navion Senior Living, President of the Raleigh/Durham Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, Senior Executive Chef at WakeMed, Executive Chef at North Carolina State University, and Executive Chef at Mia Francesca. Adam's culinary journey also includes leadership roles such as Chef De Cuisine at Carolina Country Club - Raleigh and Executive Chef and Owner at Eden. Adam possesses degrees from the American Culinary Federation and Wake Technical Community College, along with a certification from the World Association of Chef Societies.
