Susan Hughes has over 20 years of experience in HR, starting in 1999 as an HR Advisor at Morrisons (formerly Safeway). Susan then joined Morris & Spottiswood in 2003 and has held various roles, including HR Manager and currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director. Susan has expertise in providing HR advice and guidance, supporting operational HR activities, and managing employee relations issues within the legal framework.
Susan Hughes is currently pursuing a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership at The University of Salford, with an expected completion date in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Business & Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of Scotland, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
