Ivor Stratford has extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment and executive management industry. Ivor started their career as a Consultant at Citi in 2010 before moving on to the Hydrogen Group as a Consultant from 2012 to 2013. Ivor then joined the Morpheus Group as a Senior Consultant from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Ivor became a Director at Valdis Group, a boutique executive recruitment and interim management business. Ivor also worked as a Partner at Ekim Consulting Ltd from 2016 onwards. In 2020, Ivor returned to the Morpheus Group, this time as a Director, focusing on relationship-based talent acquisition. Furthermore, Ivor is currently an Advisor at HireAra and a Foundy Scout at Foundy, where they tap into their network of founders and business buyers to introduce them to the platform. Ivor also worked as a Consultant at Drax Executive in 2016 and as a Real Estate, Fixed Income & PRS specialist at Alternative Strategies Ltd from 2017 onwards.

Ivor Stratford studied Economics and Finance at Keele University.
