Wayne Ketaily possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and security, currently serving as a Security Specialist at Vail Unified District since July 2022. As a Police Sergeant for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians since November 2018, Wayne supervises Tribal Police Officers and coordinates patrol activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. In addition, Wayne leads two companies—Microsearch Background Screening and Worldwide Protective Services—focused on providing background checks and security services to a diverse clientele, respectively. Wayne's law enforcement career began as a Police Officer at Glendora Police Department, followed by roles at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and Azusa Police Department, ultimately contributing to specialized volunteer work with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. Wayne holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, along with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
