Michael Royz possesses extensive experience in product formulation and development within the cosmetics and personal care industry. Currently serving as a Formulation Team Leader at Moroccanoil since November 2012, Michael focuses on new product development. Prior to this role, Michael was a Formulation Team Leader at Power Paper, where responsibilities included research and development of new formulations and technical support. Michael also held the position of Chief Chemist at Dead Sea Laboratories AHAVA from August 1998 to January 2007, emphasizing the development of new products and research for innovative technologies. Academically, Michael earned a Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1984 and 1993.
