Nikhita Shetty is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as an ECP Specialist at Morningstar since February 2021, following the role of Talent Acquisition Executive. Prior to joining Morningstar, Nikhita held positions in talent acquisition at WhiteHat Jr from September 2020 to February 2021 and worked as a Recruitment Executive at Jaro Education from July 2018 to September 2020. Nikhita holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Finance from Sies College of Arts, Science and Commerce, completed between 2015 and 2018.
