Matthew Shrider has a diverse work experience in various roles. Matthew started their career as an IT Intern at Steelcase in 2013, where they worked on various projects including VBA .NET Development, integrating Excel and SharePoint, and creating a web portal prototype.

In 2014, they joined SalesPad as a Web Developer and led the development of the core framework and UI components for their cloud platform. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Product Owner, where they were responsible for reviewing user engagement, wireframing, writing user stories, and planning new features. Matthew also assisted the development team in researching and planning business logic.

Since November 2020, Matthew has been working at Morning Consult, initially as a Software Engineer III. In this role, they worked as a full stack developer using React and Node. Matthew also served as the tech lead for the Do It Yourself platform within Morning Consult's SAAS apps. As of February 2022, they have been promoted to the role of Engineering Manager.
