Michael Sikand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Emerging Media at Morning Brew since January 2023, Sikand focuses on operating and expanding the Our Future brand, aiding startups in gaining traction on media channels, and collaborating with prominent B2B companies on video content. As Co-Founder and CEO of Our Future from May 2020 to January 2023, Sikand established the platform as the leading source of business insights for Gen Z, generating over 1 billion views and amassing more than 1.5 million followers. Recognized as the youngest member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 in the media category at age 22, Sikand's early career includes marketing internships at Drako Motors and View Dynamic Glass, as well as founding the first student-led high school business incubator at The Harker Incubator. Sikand holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and has pursued coursework in Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
