Matthew Stephens has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at Morley Builders since August 2017. Responsibilities include managing multi-family projects in Los Angeles and Marina Del Rey, with a focus on contract negotiation, scheduling, change order processing, and trade management across various disciplines. Earlier roles at Morley Builders and other firms included Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer, where duties encompassed overseeing trade management, processing RFIs, and attending pre-construction meetings.
