Lesley Yule is an experienced research analyst currently working at Morguard since November 2013, providing insights and analysis in the real estate sector. Prior to this role, Yule served as a Real Estate Analyst in Valuation & Advisory Services at CB Richard Ellis from March 2010 to August 2013. Earlier experience includes positions as National Director of Research at both DTZ Barnicke from November 2007 to March 2009 and J.J. Barnicke Limited from January 2001 to October 2007. Yule holds a Master of Science in Planning (MScPl) with a focus on Urban Planning, obtained from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Economic Geography from the same institution. Further educational pursuits include studies at The University of British Columbia and Seneca Polytechnic.
