Lilian Molina, CPA, currently serves as a Manager in Risk & Regulatory Advisory at MorganFranklin Consulting since September 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Internal Audit Manager at POOLCORP from April 2021 to September 2024, and a progressive career at Deloitte from July 2014 to March 2021, where positions included Advisory Manager, Advisory Senior Consultant, and Advisory Consultant, beginning with an internship in Business Risk in the summer of 2013. Lilian holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University, both complementing early education at Cabrini High School.
