Yuriy Lopotun

Java Developer at Morgan Stanley

Yuriy Lopotun is an experienced Java Developer with a career spanning over 17 years. Since September 2015, Yuriy has contributed to Morgan Stanley, developing the Manta Trade Monitoring System, which facilitates real-time trade data visualization for customer support teams using technologies such as Java, StreamBase Event-Processing Platform, Spring Boot, and GreenPlum DB. Previously, Yuriy worked at Grass Valley from September 2013 to August 2015, where the development of the GV Unified Control System helped broadcasting companies manage their hardware configurations through Java, OSGi, and Orient DB. From September 2011 to July 2013, Yuriy was a Groovy/Grails and Java Developer at Dachis Group, focusing on the Social Business Index for market engagement analysis. Earlier experience includes a database development role at GlobalLogic, Comarch, and Art-Master from January 2006 to September 2011, specializing in Oracle DB and PL/SQL. Yuriy holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technologies from the State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
