Sona Mukim is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Fund Services since August 2011. Responsibilities include the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, handling audits, and liaising with clients and internal departments. Sona successfully initiated a project to standardize reports and improve the quality of financial disclosures and has conducted functional training for new team members. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at PricewaterhouseCoopers India, providing consultancy on financial statements for clients across various countries, and serving as Executive Assistant to the CMD at Ambootia Tea Company, where business expansion strategies and fundraising were effectively managed. Sona is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Company Secretary degree from recognized Indian institutions.
