Ira Blumberg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate interest rate and foreign exchange risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate US Interest Rate Solutions and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley since August 2009, Ira has previously held associate positions at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. With a Master of Engineering in Operations Research, concentrating in Financial Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Cornell University, alongside a study abroad experience at UNSW, Ira possesses a strong educational background complementing significant industry expertise.
