Catherine Monk is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley since June 2017, after previously holding the position of Vice President. Catherine has experience as a Quant-in-residence at Carnegie Mellon University from October 2020 to September 2023 and worked as a Trading Associate at BNP Paribas from July 2014 to June 2017. Catherine began a career in finance as an Academic Intern at J.P. Morgan in 2011 and later participated in the Corporate Development Program. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Mathematics from the University of Delaware.
