Joseph Thompson has over 25 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Joseph currently serves as the EVP and COO at Morgan Olson since June 2023. Previously, Joseph held the position of Group President, Roush Products Group at Roush from February 2018 to June 2023. Before that, they were the President of ROUSH CleanTech from April 2009 to March 2018. Prior to that, Joseph worked at Roush Performance Products, Inc. where they held various roles such as Vice President & General Manager, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and National Sales Manager. Joseph played a significant role in product development, brand development, distribution creation, sales management, customer service, process and system development. Some notable projects they led include the RS3 Roush Mustang, Roush 427R Mustang, Roush Raptor, and Roush BlackJack editions.

Joseph Thompson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Journalism (BSJ) degree with a minor in Political Science from Ohio University. Joseph completed their education at Ohio University between 1990 and 1994, focusing on Public Affairs and Public Relations.
