Sarah Phillips possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Morgan Medical Center since October 2008. Morgan Medical Center is dedicated to providing quality medical care to the residents of Madison and Morgan County, Georgia. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Director of Human Resources at Advanced Metal Components, Inc., where precision sheet metal components were manufactured for customers nationwide. Sarah began a career in human resources as a Staffing Recruiter at The Coca-Cola Company, a globally recognized total beverage company. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia, attained in 1991.
