Tom Willis is an experienced leader in executive search and operations, currently serving as the Head of Operations Search at Morgan Latif since March 2024. With a strong focus on sourcing talent in Technical Operations for manufacturing clients, industry exposure includes sectors such as Industrial Machinery, Electronics, Paper & Packaging, Chemicals, and Medical Technology. Prior to this role, Tom was the Head of Phaidon International Frankfurt, overseeing the establishment and growth of the Frankfurt office from July 2022 to March 2024. Tom honed expertise in operational executive placements in Europe during tenure as Associate Director at DSJ Global Berlin from October 2016 to July 2022, and previously contributed to the organization’s expansion as a Principal Consultant. Tom holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
