Helen Goold is an accomplished leader in the recruitment and consulting industry, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Morgan Latif since April 2021, where the focus is on empowerment in life sciences and transformational leadership. Previous roles include Managing Director at InterEx Group, leading growth strategies in cloud technologies and data, and at Scale Hiring, where Helen rebranded and transformed Chapman Black's engineering business. As Regional CEO for Proco Global Group, Helen successfully oversaw the EMEA region, managing a team of over 60 and contributing significantly to organizational revenue.
