Chris Ball has extensive experience in public service and business operations. Currently serving as an Office Clerk at Morgan County Sheriff's Office since January 2021, Chris previously spent 24 years at West Liberty Police Department as a 911 Telecommunicator, where multiple promotions were earned. Responsibilities included dispatching emergency services and handling 9-1-1 calls. Chris also owned and operated Towne Cinema from June 2009 to March 2012, managing all aspects of the business including booking films, maintenance, and accounting. Educational background includes attendance at Morehead State University and a focus on Criminal Justice Training from 1996 to 2020, with a graduation from Morgan County High School in 1994.
