Derek Oberlin is a seasoned professional in advanced manufacturing and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Morgan Truck Body since September 2017. Previously, Derek held multiple roles within CNH Industrial, including Quality Manager and various engineering positions, contributing to significant projects from September 2011 to September 2017. Derek's career also includes experience as a Welding Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and roles as a Welder at SPX Thermal Product Solutions and Stainless Systems Service. Educationally, Derek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Welding and Fabrication Engineering from Pennsylvania College of Technology, supplemented by studies at SUN Area Career and Technical School.
