Gary Recktenwald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and engineering roles. Currently serving as Pricing Manager and Regional Sales Leader at Morgan Advanced Materials since September 2007, Gary leads a team of six territory managers responsible for generating $65 million annually. This role involves analyzing market data and formulating action plans to enhance sales, customer retention, and the development of a high-performing sales team. Prior to joining Morgan Advanced Materials, Gary held various positions at Pilkington (NSG) Glass, including Sales Manager for Passive Fire Protection and Applications Engineer, and worked as a Process Engineer at Vesuvius. Gary holds a degree in Ceramic Engineering and Glass from Alfred University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
