Desislava Jung is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and digital transformation. Currently serving as CIO and Executive Committee Member at Morgan Advanced Materials since May 2023, Desislava previously held the position of Head of Digital & Technology at E.ON Energy Solutions GmbH, where Desislava established the Digital & Technology organization from July 2020 to May 2023. Desislava also played a pivotal role at E.ON from March 2012 to June 2020 as Head of Enterprise Architecture, where the Enterprise Architecture function was established within the global IT organization. Other notable roles include leadership in E.ON's CIO team and management positions within E.ON IT and ProSyst - Bosch Group. Desislava's career began as a Software Developer at ML Systems in 1999, progressing through various technology and project management roles.
