Susan Kramer is an experienced professional in operations and student housing management, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Operations at Morey's Piers & Resorts since April 2022. Previously, as the Director of Operations at Capstone on Campus Management, Susan oversaw a facility housing 450 students, managing budgets, and supervising a diverse staff team. Susan's extensive background includes roles such as Director of Residence Life and Assistant Director of Community Standards at Cabrini University, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, crisis management, and supervising housing programs for approximately 870 students. Additional experience includes mental health support at CIU 20 and student life coordination at Moravian College. Susan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Kutztown University.
