Sudhir Shukla is an experienced executive with a diverse background in marketing, operations, and business management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at More Retail Private Limited since October 2022, Sudhir focuses on P&L delivery with a strong emphasis on operations, sales, marketing, HR, and property management. Prior to this, Sudhir held the position of CMO India at CARS24, overseeing brand marketing, performance marketing, and growth initiatives. Sudhir's tenure at The Walt Disney Company included significant roles such as CMO of Star Sports and Senior Vice President for the Cricket portfolio. With a robust foundation at Mondelēz International, Sudhir contributed to major business units and strategic marketing roles, leading a USD 200 million business and driving category growth. Sudhir's career began at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Sudhir holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Electronics Engineering from VESIT.
