Najwa Parkins is an accomplished professional musician, vocalist, bandleader, and songwriter, with extensive experience in both performance and education. Currently, Najwa serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Moravian College and Temple University, specializing as a Voice Instructor. As the Lead Singer for the Bachelor Boys Band since 2012, Najwa has honed a diverse vocal range rooted in jazz traditions. Other significant roles include being a Researcher for Wonder and holding a Professional Development Intern position at The Historic Holland Theater, where Najwa contributed to information architecture and social media management. Previously, Najwa taught vocal technique and music theory at Albert Conservatory. Najwa's educational background includes a Master of Science in Professional Writing from New York University and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies and Voice Performance from Temple University.
