Deborah Sharkey serves as an Advisory Board Member at Moose Toys since April 2024 and has been advising and consulting various consumer and marketplace businesses on growth and scaling since January 2018. Previously, Deborah held roles such as Chief Consumer Officer at Covetrus, overseeing a $500M P&L for online pet pharmacy and SmartPak, and SVP Growth/Operations & Advisor at Instawork, where significant expansion and pivoting occurred during the pandemic. As Chief Operating Officer at DogVacay, Deborah was instrumental in its acquisition by Rover, creating the largest global pet care marketplace. Deborah's experience at eBay includes leading initiatives that transformed eBay Australia into a market leader and managing global product strategies. Deborah holds a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, and is currently pursuing further education at the University of California, Berkeley.
