Laura Horne possesses extensive experience in business improvement management, currently serving as Business Improvement Manager at Moores Furniture Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held a similar position at Just Trays Ltd from July 2018 to February 2023. Laura's career also includes a significant tenure at Arla Foods from September 2011 to June 2018, where various roles as Lean Coordinator and Lean Assistant were undertaken. Laura began the career journey at Tayside Contracts as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate from February 2009 to August 2011. Laura Horne's academic foundation was established at the University of Strathclyde, where a degree in Product Design Engineering with Business Management was earned between 2002 and 2007.
